Over 75 eateries are ready to serve plates upon plates of fare for ten days to savor.
Lake Countians are willing and ready to do it for the gram. Whether the meticulous decor is your fancy, the exceptionally prepared dish in front of you or the lovely libation you're ready to clink with the cronies, there is an abundance of Instagrammable eateries in the land of lakes.
Whatever it may be, the impressive aesthetic is always there for these 12 eateries for the gram.
Here are the 12 most Instagrammable eateries of Lake County Restaurant Week as we dive headfirst two weeks before the start of our favorite ten days to savor.
The Grayslake martini and wine bar creates clever libation concoctions but doesn't skimp on the suds. The Vine offers an array of items and specializes in tapas. The bar/restaurant also features live music acts regularly ranging over a wide variety of genres. The downtown Grayslake mainstay oozes cool vibes.

It's like living in cocoa heaven. The Chocolate Sanctuary makes most of their dishes with the magical cocoa bean. Whether you are munching on their cocoa infused barbecue sauce on their lollipop chicken pops, snacking on beef satay skewers with cocoa peanut chili sauce, chomping on the sanctuary's chopped salad with chocolate vinaigrette or chewing on a chocolate dessert, expect big things with everyone's favorite sweet treat somehow infused.

Holy moly! If you can only check out this cannoli from Tony! The Mundelein confectioner creates traditional and unconventional cannolis for customers to indulge their sweet tooth. Tony Cannoli Specialty Pastries also conducts classes to teach visitors how to make the sweet Italian treat.

The Highland Park, Lake County Libation Trail participant, has existed for a mere two years, but it has become a staple in the land of lakes city. The brewhouse features a variety of suds in addition to delicious Mexican-inspired cuisine. The menu features tacos, burritos, salads and more. The brewpub was also recently recognized for its beer garden, which is perfect during the summertime to hear the sounds of the live performances at the country's oldest outdoor concert venue, Ravinia Festival.

The Highwood facility is the north shore's premier distillery and lounge. The Lake County Libation Trail participant is donned in art décor (you'll feel like you're in a 1920s speakeasy) and has a large garden for live performances. Twenty-eight
Mile Vodka also offers space for private parties and tours of the distillery. The Highwood drinkery has an unbelievable backstory of how these crafters came up with the name and logo of their distillery. The Debonair (the woman on their logo) was a real-life queen during the Prohibition Era.

The Shanty has been featured on two Food Network shows "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives" featuring Guy Fieri and "Triple D Nation." The Wadsworth restaurant just recently expanded by quadrupling the size of its facility. The Lake County Restaurant Week participant is highlighted by their whiskey shrimp, tequila and orange grilled salmon, premium hand-cut aged steaks, organic goat cheese wontons and an array of other delectable dishes.
