This year’s theme to Richardson’s design is commemorating the Chicago Blackhawks 2015 Stanley Cup win.
The design is extremely intricate. The Blackhawks logo centers the maze with a center, forward or

defenseman on one end and a goalie on the other. The skyline of Chicago is in the back and in one corner is the alternate logo with two tomahawks going through the letter C.
Richardson Farm is nationally renowned for their maze – a farm that has been open since 1840.
Already, Richardson Farm was nationally televised on CBS Sunday Morning as well as on ABC 7 News.
The maze isn’t the only attraction that Richardson flaunts to families and couples a like. There is an abundance of fun to celebrate a Lake County autumn.
You may ask what else? How about riding across a zip line! That’s right, screaming down a thrilling 700 feet, you will crane down just like Batman from a 50 foot observation tower.
There’s also ORBiting. ORBiting is when you enter inside an enormous 11 foot ball and go for the ride of your life.
What kind of farm doesn’t have pumpkins in the fall? Richardson Farm has plenty to pick in their pumpkin patch as well as gourds of all sizes and colors.
Besides all of the wild rides you can take at the Spring Grove Far, there is also many more for the kids and family like giant slides, pedal carts, wagon rides, campfires and so much more including live pig races that were added to the agenda.
No matter what you love most about Richardson Farm, you can’t help but crack a smile when you see pigs racing. Join the farm to cheer on certain celebrity pigs like General Snort, Colonel Oinker and of course Jennifer Hamiston.
Nobody wants to think of winter and Christmas just yet, but Richardson also obtains U-Cut Christmas tree. That’s when you and the family come together to choose and cut your own Christmas tree down. In addition to the trees for the December holiday, Richardson also offers wreaths and garland.
So begin your adventure today through the beginning of November. We know you will be dying to go there a second time to beat your previous corn maze time as you compete with your family friends.
By the way – as long as your doggie pal is friendly with others, the Spring Grove Farm encourages you to bring your best friend out.
