Upon arrival, I was impressed by the upscale appearance and eloquent customer service while my supervisor and I waited for the Executive Chef to greet us. We spent the next hour or so filming the content for the webisode, which included a segment of Chef Cein Cid demonstrating in the kitchen how to prepare and cook Chilean Sea Bass. Chef Cein was marvelous at narrating the process, which took under fifteen minutes from beginning preparation to a ready to serve dish. All of this footage would later be condensed into a 2 minute and 20 second clip.
We ended the filming with a short segment showing the food being served, at which point we thought we were finished and ready to head out. However, before we had a chance to leave, Chef Cein suggested that we stay and finish the Chilean Sea Bass that he had just prepared for the video. Considering that neither of us were hungry at that time, we almost passed up the opportunity, but though why not split it.

After taking the first bite of the Chilean Sea Bass, the first thought that ran through my mind was, “How did I almost pass up this opportunity?” The texture of the fish was slightly firm on the skin, yet the meat would melt in my mouth. The flavor was out of this world and this is coming from a guy who doesn’t eat fish very often. It was perfect. After finishing my final bite, I was amazed at how I almost didn’t eat the best fish I’ve ever had!
