Happy Faces and Photo Places! Fall Family Photo Locations
By: Jonathan Jones 10/20/2016
The best part about Fall is the change of colors in the leaves. Personally, I am a nut about
Halloween, but you can't debate the beautiful pictures of your friends and their families on
Facebook during this time of year.
Many of these pictures you'll see are selfies in their flannels or football jerseys (Well not the Bears this year, More like their brothers on the northside), drinking ciders or foamy pumpkin ales, picking pumpkins and taking a Scrooge McDuck type of leap into a pile of leaves.
No one can't miss a second especially with the time of month. So we're here to share with you some of the best places to go vogue - autumn style or shake it like a Polaroid picture. Here are some of best Fall Family Photo Locations in Lake County. Be sure to share regularly with #LetsGoLakeCounty!
Autumn's here FTW!
We have over 30,000 acres of forest preserves in Lake County, and this time of year they're a kaleidoscope of colors! From burnt oranges, bright yellows to glowing red, Lake County's natural spaces provide the perfect landscape for fall photos. Ryerson Forest Preserve has pictures favorites like wooden fences and an old barn to add to the mix. Or try Cuba Marsh Forest Preserve for a long wooden board walk through tall brown grasses! And one of the best options is the Des Plaines River trail because of its stunning natural landscapes. I mean... look at some of these beautiful scenes! Not to mention there is a filled gap newly constructed on the Des Plaines River Trail. Be sure to be on a look out for our Fall Bike Trails blog next week.
