The next stop was the onsite restaurant and lounge called Spice. With individual televisions in each booth attached to the bar, Spice truly is a unique dining experience. Offering hot breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service, Spice provides services for all meals of the day. Headed by a chef who formerly worked at the White House kitchen, Spice is an upscale dining experience with elegantly prepared dishes that will not disappoint. I had the pleasure of trying a full course meal that included a scrumptious salad (keep in mind I normally never eat greens), mouthwatering chicken breast with mash potatoes and cheese for the main entrée and for desert, cheesecake in a deep-fried shell with cinnamon drizzled over it that was to die for. Delicious!
