A few more days on my #ketochallenge to go out of my comfort zone when eating out and ordering things I wouldn’t usually consider.⁣ ⁣ Yesterday we stopped in #Libertyville #Illinois for breakfast @towneesquarerestaurant. It was a-mazing!! I ordered the eggs florentine. It‘s a base of spinach and broccoli (rather than potatoes), with bacon, poached eggs & swiss cheese. ⁣ ⁣ We also got to taste the house-made whole milk greek yoghurt that has no sugar or sweetener 👏🏻 And you can grab some to take home 🏡!⁣ ⁣ Service is great and the family reported that their pancakes, granola and eggs benedict were fresh and tasty too.⁣ ⁣ Bonus is that Libertyville has an adorable downtown area. Great to stroll & explore.⁣ ⁣ #ketoeatingout⁣ #ketofoodie #ketomeals #keto #ketoillinois #ketochicago #chicagoketo #ketochicagoland #libertyvilleillinois #foodchicago #chicagofoodie #chicagofood #eggsflorentine #ketobreakfast #ketobrunch #ketoeggs #ketoideas #glutenfree #lowcarb #ketotravel ⁣

Peruse the rest of the menu for an exceptional amount of treats. The Townee Square Restaurant will temporarily close its DINE-IN service March 16-30. Need some good news? They will continue to provide CATERING and CARRY-OUT service in that time!
