Light the Lamp’s Sin Bin Stout – Sweet and Roasty with subtle coffee and light caramel notes

Lake Bluff Brewing Company’s Velvet Sledgehammer – A Vanilla porter, rich and extra dark with a balanced flavor of roast vanilla and caramel sweetness, with undertones of whiskey (remnants of the Koval Whiskey barrel it’s brewed in!)

Don’t forget Small Town Brewery in Wauconda! They do not have a brew room or brew pub, but their popular hard Root Beer can be found around Chicagoland. In Wauconda they are usually on tap at Dock’s or Lindy’s. Was surprised to see it on tap at Lawry’s in the city this weekend!

Also missing the Tighthead brewery in Mundelein. They have a tap room and often bring various food trucks to the area in the summer and fall!.
