Tasty Tuesday: Lake County Restaurant Rally Pizza Places

We’re all gearing up and excited about Lake County Restaurant Rally. What better way to start off the fare content with pizza places this tasty Tuesday. Continue here to learn more about Lake County Restaurant Rally.

Pizza’s long history begins in ancient Greece, where these people covered the bread with oils, herbs and cheese. The modern-day version of pizza originated in Naples, Italy, around the 18th or 19th century.

Apparently, the first pizza was made for the Royal Palace of Capodimonte in 1889 (which used to be where the kings and queens of Naples and Sicily resided and is now a museum/national gallery). And the rest, my friends, is history.

We all call our inner Kevin McCallister from “Home Alone” when the fumes rise from the box. That beautiful pie stares back at you. All you can do is reply, “A lovely cheese pizza, just for me.”

This installment of Tasty Tuesday, let’s take a look at Lake County Restaurant Rally Pizza Places. Snap some grams of your ‘za and utilize the #LCRestaurantRally from July 31-August 9.
