“Keep calm and curry on,” said one righteous, enlighted individual on tasty Tuesday somewhere.

“Pho” real though, Lake County loves its Asian cuisine…like clearly we’re “soy” into it. “Udon” even know how many options there are in the land of lakes.

However, since they are so abundant, we clipped the list down to four sustenance savories.

The authentic Thai restaurant is a cornerstone of the Highland Park community. Everybody loves pad thai (stir-fried rice noodles or bean thread noodles prepared with meat, tofu, bean sprouts, eggs, ground peanuts and green onions). However, Ruby of Siam nearly 150 different rice dishes, noodles dishes, curries, seafood, desserts and more.
