“The children were nestled all snug in their beds, while visions of Lipizzans danced in their heads.” Equine lovers will gather at the Old Mill Creek farm to view the stallions cutting a rug. Visitors will sit socially-distanced, ringside at their outdoor arena while professional trainers and the most highly trained Lipizzan horses go through the process of dressage (dancing). How the Lipizzan stallion learns to dance is a rare opportunity in a serene country setting. In the case of rain, the event will be conducted in the farm’s open-air indoor arena. Tempel Lipizzan holds this “bust a move” event periodically through December 5.
