Eating less from a box and more from the earth is difficult to navigate when many Lake County Restaurant Week main courses involve meat or fish. That's why we're showcasing the restaurateurs that are providing verdurous vegetarian specials served on Lake County Restaurant Week.

Here are your verdurous vegetarian cuisines served on Lake County Restaurant Week.

LCRW Main Dish: - Spicy Thai Green Vegetable Curry with Tofu*: Seasonal vegetables, baby bok choy, green beans, peas and green curry sauce.

- House Salad: Mixed greens, cherry tomato, red onion, parmesan cheese, pepperoncini and cucumbers.

- Gnocchi: Choice of marinara, vodka or carbonara sauce.
