The 2019 FIFA World Cup has returned and team 'murica comes back looking to take home back-to-back cups.

Everyone has their own heritage or their favorite country that they would love to see win the cup, but Lake County is bleeding that red, white and blue.

The U.S. National Women's Team is in Group F and they will face off against Thailand, Sweden and Chile this week (and hopefully add a few more to their schedule by advancing). The U.S. ladies' futbol team has their first match today at 2 p.m. against Thailand. They also take the field against Sweden on Thursday, June 14 at 2 p.m. and against Chile on Sunday, June 16 at 11 a.m.

Lake County is the place to be to watch the 2019 FIFA World Cup. Besides our Libation Trail that has all the brews you need in your life, our fair county has plenty of drinking holes to wet your whistle with international suds. A perfect complement to sports ball viewing.
