Who are you rooting for? With no NFC North competitor, (preferably the Bears from this blogger), you may just be hoping for a close game. The game will feature Illinois’s own Jimmy Grappolo of Rolling Meadows just a few miles south of Lake County.

Although, there would be some parody in the Kansas City Chiefs winning in the 100th year of the NFL’s existence, especially when they won the first-ever Super Bowl in 1970.

Whoever your team is (or who you’re betting on), Lake County is where to watch the Superbowl. Grab a few bites as well as a brew from the Lake County Libation Trail and ask yourself, are you ready for some football?
