Lincolnshire’s Food Truck Fridays in the Corporate Center Parking Lot will display a variety of choices of gourmet eats. 3.) A train’s horn can be heard from the distance. That noise isn’t the approaching. Kids of all ages can join Casey Jones leading the engine at Train Day at Lambs Farm wearing a conductor hat. See the famous circus-themed trains courtesy of NCOG Model Railroad Club and models from the Circus Model Builders club.

4.) Anything is good if it’s made of chocolate. The annual Long Grove Chocolate Festival kicks off this weekend as we celebrate the slow change to spring. Be in a chocolate lover’s paradise as Long Grove Confectionery will be in attendance as well as many vendors, live entertainment and of course your chocolatey vices. Fan-Favorite 80s cover band Sixteen Candles will headline Saturday night.

5.) Bruno Mars puts things into perspective when he says, ‘Cause Uptown Funk gon’ give it to you.’ The pop singer speaks the truth of what Libertyville’s Up Town Amazing Street Fest will be offering all weekend as over 100 merchants will be offering deals of a shopper’s dreams. Don’t worry about driving, because the Libertyville Sports Complex will shuttle you from each of the locations in this free admission festival every ten minutes. Shop Lake County local.
