I think you should go to the Winter Wonderland in Vernon Hills, because of all the fun stuff to see. I suggest you go there because it's easy to get in and enjoy, you can do lots of activities while you are in the car and you can spend lots of time with your family.

First of all, I recommend you go to the Winter Wonderland because it's really easy to get in. You only have to pay $5 on the weekdays per car and $10 on the weekends. So a whole car full of people can see this display for one price. They are open from the day after Thanksgiving until December 31st., but are closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Second, I suggest you go to Winter Wonderland because there is a lot of fun activities to do while you are in the car. While watching the lights you can do a scavenger hunt for snowmen. In the beginning it tells you that the hunt is starting and you can have fun looking for the hidden snowmen. There are also signs that have pictures from the song The 12 Days of Christmas, so you can sing it on the way. You can also adjust the radio to a certain station and listed to Christmas music while enjoying the lights.  The light show is all about lights in different characters, so you can look for your favorite character.

Finally, I recommend you go because you can spend time with your family. When you are driving you can talk and spend time with them talking about your day or doing the snowmen scavenger hunt. You also can have fun, sing songs and see your favorite characters. You can even bring snacks and drinks while watching all the lighted displays.

There are many reasons why you should go to the Winter Wonderland in Vernon Hills. You can go and see all the lighted displays, don't have to pay a lot, do fun activities while in the car and spend time with your family.
